About Me

I'm Joanne Faulise, owner of Avenues of Design and my passion has always been Interior Design. My very first project was redecorating my childhood bedroom at 11 years old. I earned my BA in Interior Design and have been designing and remodeling homes ever since. My focus is short term rentals and I am a Certified Vacation Rental Expert and E Designer.

I have owned a vacation rental myself on Sanibel Island and am familiar with the Gulf Coast. I spend time in both Florida and Minnesota.
